Datarider Interactive operates no servers for Cryonode. The game is offline-first. Your progress is stored on your own device and, if you have Android Backup turned on, in a private app-data area of your own Google Drive. We do not hold a personal profile, account, or database about you. Because of that, your data is under your direct control, and the rest is held by the ad, payment, crash-reporting, and Play Games providers listed below - not by us.
This page explains what data exists, how to have it deleted, and what is kept.
To request deletion of any data associated with your use of Cryonode, email datarider.interactive@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us which of the categories below you want removed. We respond within 30 days.
You can also delete most data yourself, immediately, using the steps below - you do not have to wait for us.
Your circuits balance, statistics, unlocked cosmetics, achievements, and settings. This is stored on your device. If you have Android Backup turned on, Android keeps a copy in a private app-data area of your own Google Drive so your progress can be restored when you reinstall or set up a new device. We never receive or store this data ourselves.
How to delete: In the app, open Settings and tap Reset local data to erase the save on your device. The Google Drive backup copy is in your own Google account, under your control: turn it off or delete it in your device settings (Settings -> Google -> Backup, or Settings -> System -> Backup), or in the Google One app (Storage -> Backups, pick your device, delete its backup). Uninstalling the app also stops it being backed up, and the stored copy expires on its own after a period of inactivity. We cannot access or delete this backup for you, because it lives in your Google account - but the steps above put it fully in your hands.
If you see ads, your device Advertising ID and ad-interaction signals are collected by Google AdMob and its mediation partner networks under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store this data.
How to delete: Reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device Settings -> Privacy -> Ads. If you email us, we will also forward a deletion request to Google/AdMob on your behalf.
If you make an in-app purchase, the purchase record is held by Google Play as the payment processor. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made, with no payment-card details.
How to delete: Purchase and payment records are managed by Google Play. You can request their handling through Google. We can remove any purchase confirmation on our side on request.
If you sign in to Google Play Games, the achievements you unlock and the Daily and Weekly Contract scores you post to leaderboards are held by Google on your Play Games profile. Sign-in is optional; if you never sign in, none of this exists. We do not receive or store this data.
How to delete: Manage or delete it through your Google Play Games settings, for example by deleting your Play Games data or hiding your profile in your Google account.
When crash reporting is active - it is off by default and runs only after you consent, where a consent prompt applies - crash reports and non-personal diagnostic context (game mode, grid size, app version, device model and OS) are collected by Firebase Crashlytics under Google's privacy policy. This contains no names, email, location, or advertising ID, and we use it only to diagnose and fix crashes. We do not receive a personal profile from it.
How to delete: Decline or withdraw consent to stop collection. Crash data held by Firebase is retained under Google's retention policy and expires automatically; to request deletion of data held by Google, use Google's controls, or email us and we will forward the request.
We keep no personal data ourselves, so there is nothing for us to retain after a request. Any records held by Google/AdMob and the other ad partners (advertising), Google Play (purchases), or Google/Firebase (Play Games achievements and leaderboard scores, crash diagnostics, and any Android Backup copy in your Google Drive) are subject to their own retention policies, which we do not control. If you email us, we will confirm once we have actioned the parts within our reach.
For full detail on what is collected and why, see our Privacy Policy.
